It´s been a while since the last time we updated this journal, but know i have a litle time to check and do what i can.

Well, this time i´m here at the office updating this clubs page.

-> On another note - I sorta _lack_ the time to take care of this club. And so does ~Lady-Delerith. Both of us will drop by occasionally, as will ~AlisAvalon, but I _may_ be looking at finding extra admin. To do extra adminny things.

Namely, I _need_ somebody who can use Microsoft Excel, as that is what I use to calculate the points.

I also need somebody who is preferably in the same timezone as me, or somebody who is reliable and easy to contact frequently. Because none of the admin really _know_ what my ideas are for the club, I need somebody who will be readily available for me to discuss ideas with, and somebody who will _understand_ what it is they are doing for me, without me having to explain it a hundred times over.

It seems to me as if the themed thingies never took off. So, I'll be scrapping that for now. But I still like the suggestion of having a series of realms, and breaking people up into which realm they would like to come from. And one person will lead each realm. (Just like scouts XD) and that way we can have team competitions and stuff. ^___^ Let me know what you all think.

Hey all, this is our friendly little prize pool for our contest entries. Ok, firstly like to state once more that we ARE incredibly poor, no money, zilch, zero. But because we are very nice people *cough* we have put our money together to get something off your wishlist.

Ok, here goes;

First Prize:

You can have yourself a 10 USD print ext of your choice ^^ as well as two gift arts by both by ~Anywien or your truely ~Lady-Delerith . We'll try our very best to get you the best. Also, If you would prefer you can trade in your print for yet another giftart. Also, I you wish for someone other than the founders you may also inquire for one of our other admins to do your giftart.

Second Prize:

For the second prize theres a print of your choice for the maximum of 5 USD as well as a gift art by your choice.

Third Prize:

You lucky people get a choice from a 5 USD print or a gift art from the selection. ^^

And for the all the runners up, since we are so appreciative of you entering out contest we have decided to give you all a little gift art from the selection. ^^ I hope you all enjoy and just not the club or the gift art idividuals about your choices and we'll see to doing it as fast as possible. ^^

Today marks the commencement of our very first Fantasy-Themed-Three-Week-Period-Thing! ! Hooray! ^___^

The current theme, because we didn't have time to pick a different one, and it was the only one suggested to us, is ~DunadanX's Mystical Realms!

So, for the next two weeks, this club is going to be running on the theme of Mystical Realms! So all the submissions will be about that theme, and if possible, all discussions held will be about the theme too. So whether you choose a Realm already in existence, or make one up yourself, I hope we all have a lot of fun!

First things first, We changed it from Fortnights to a three week duration. But now we need a shorter, catchier name for it XDDDD

Secondly, everybody who participated in the contest can have a prize - Please send ~Lady-Delerith or I a note requesting what you want your prize to be. Remembering that we are both poor, and if you *do* want a print off your wishlist, it's going to have to be a cheap one Sorry, guys!

Thirdly - the points will be updated now, and the prize pool will be put up as well. Anybody wanting to trade points in will have to notify me so that I may get it sorted out.

XDDD Okay, so I have counted *all* the votes, and I have updated the points journal, and the general info journal, because nobody else is doing it >_> Nevermind the fact that I have to WORK every day for the next two weeks, because I'm clearly the only one who knows how to update a bloody journal. >.<

At the moment, I can safely say that =sharkcloud has probably won.
~squidink has won second place, while ~Flean has come third.

The tricky part is that ~Ferrilonver got as many votes as ~Flean, but only one for each entry. So we'll give you a special prize for that

Everybody else is a runner-up, and will probably still get a prize.

Congratulations to everybody who entered, and thank you all for participating! ^___^

Prizes will probably consist mostly of gift arts, and possibly prints if they are cheap.

Theme weeks are going into place come Sunday, (tomorrow), and I am henceforth scrapping points for comments. It's just too hard to keep counting. I will now give additional points for every vote contest entries receive - as extra incentive for people to get their friends to vote. And it counts back from the last contest we just had - which means you all get points for every person who voted for you - and if you voted for somebody else in the contest, you get points too!

If anybody is unhappy, let me know, and I'll try to sort it out.

As stated before, prize pool, too, will probably consist mostly of giftarts. I'll re-tally the points up tomorrow or something, and do the prize pool up too, I promise.

Sorry guys, but I'm super poor - I just realised the other day that out of 2,100 I have earned from working this year, I don't even have one tenth of it in my bank account. so, I can't really run out buying you all stuff - I have to go back to school soon too, which will mean I get even less money.

I'm going to go update the points journals and such. >_> Because nobody else will. Sorry for the lack of updates on the journal, but like I said, nobody else gets up and updates them properly.
